Harold "Sonny" Gordon

Sonny Gordon was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dundee Corporation in November 2001. He served as a special assistant to the late Honorable Maurice Sauvé, husband of the late Jeanne Sauvé, when Mr. Sauvé was a Minister of the Federal Government of Canada.

Sonny was a managing partner of Stikeman, Elliott during his 28-year career as a practicing attorney and prior to becoming Chairman of Dundee was Vice Chairman of Hasbro, Inc. the toy and game company.

He has a B.Comm. and a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from McGill University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University and studied at the Graduate Division of the Wharton School of Business and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sonny Gordon also serves as a director of Dundee Corporation., Transcontinental Limited, Dorel Industries Limited, Pethealth Inc., Madacy Holding Inc. and SFK Pulp. He is Special Advisor to the Board of SkyPower, the leading independent renewable energy developer in Canada.
